A member of the Florida Bar since 1989, Jonathan W. Dingus has represented individuals at the trial court and appellate level in a wide range of federal crimes, including drug trafficking charges, immigration-related crimes, bank fraud, theft, embezzlement and other white collar crimes. His primary emphasis has been defending controlled substance offenses.
A former prosecutor, he is experienced with the particular problems faced by persons who have been contacted or arrested by law enforcement, regardless of whether they are residents of Florida or are visiting Panama City.
